Chakras are subtle centre's in the body, which receive, process and transmit energy. Chakra is a Sanskrit word, which means, wheel. Each energy centre is a vortex or wheel of energy, which extends from the physical body into the etheric layers of the aura.
Each chakra spins at a different frequency, when each chakra spins at its correct frequency the body radiates health and the energy system is balanced.
Unhealthy lifestyles, ill health and, emotional problems can affect the chakras and cause them to either fall out of frequency or become blocked, this interferes with our bodys energy flow and leads to further physical and emotional problems.
To cleanse or balance a chakra a crystal is placed per chakra as your work up from the base chakra to the crown.
